聚变堆固态产氚包层采用锂陶瓷作为氚增殖剂。目前,富含6Li的Li2TiO3、Li4SiO4陶瓷小球,以其可观的锂原子密度、低活化性、优异的化学稳定性、与结构材料良好的相容性及良好的氚低温释放性能,被认为是综合性能优良、具有前途的固体氚增殖材料,备受国内外关注。中国氦冷球床包层设计中以Li4SiO4陶瓷小球为氚增殖剂,自加入ITER以来,国内已开展了氚增殖陶瓷小球制备工艺研究。本研究采用凝胶球化-固相反应烧结工艺制备Li4SiO4陶瓷小球。以SiO2和Li2CO3为原料,与
