目的：探讨心悦胶囊联合奥美沙坦、苯磺酸氨氯地平对中重度高血压左室肥厚心肌缺血患者的临床疗效。方法：收治中重度高血压左室肥厚心肌缺血患者88例，随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组给予奥美沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加用心悦胶囊治疗，对比两组疗效。结果：两组治疗后心肌缺血及左心室肥厚现象均得到有效改善，治疗组心肌缺血及左心室肥厚现象改善更显著(P＜0.05)。治疗组总有效率97.5%，显著高于对照组的75.0%，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：心悦胶囊联合奥美沙坦、苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗中重度高血压左室肥厚心肌缺血的疗效确切，能够有效改善患者症状，缓解心肌缺血，逆转左心室肥厚现象。“,”Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of Xinyue capsule combined with olmesartan and amlodipine on patients with moderate and severe hypertensive myocardial ischemia with left ventricular hypertrophy.Methods:88 cases of patients with moderate and severe hypertensive myocardial ischemia with left ventricular hypertrophy were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The control group were treated with olmesartan combined with amlodipine.The treatment group were treated with Xinyue capsule on the basis of the control group.The curative effect of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the myocardial ischemia and left ventricular hypertrophy of the two groups improved effectively, and the treatment group improved more significantly(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.5%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 75.0% ,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xinyue capsule combined with olmesartan and amlodipine on patients with moderate and severe hypertensive myocardial ischemia with left ventricular hypertrophy had curative effect,which could improve the symptoms of patients effectively and alleviate myocardial ischemia and reverse left ventricular hypertrophy.
