提高喷油器检修质量,是改善机车热力状态降低燃油单耗的极重要因素。我们曾对3081号机车轮1修理前后3天的燃油消耗进行了比较,轮1修程时拆下的12个喷油器中有6个喷油器雾化状态良好,音响、喷射压力、回油量均符合要求,其余6个喷油器因喷射压力变化,雾化不良,滴漏等故障进行了修理。在轮1修理前3天完成的80.7万吨公里工作量时,万吨公里燃油消耗为41.3公斤;修程后3天万吨公里燃油消耗有较大幅度的降低。由此可见,提高喷油器的检修质量是降低机车燃油消耗的关键之一。因此,我们在高压泵组成立了喷油器QC小组,下面是喷油器QC小组关于降低喷油器不良率的工作情况。
