在广泛调研和深入分析国际上放射治疗计划系统及其关键科学技术问题发展状况的基础上,设计了一个基于现代计算机技术和核物理数值模拟方法的、用于精确放射治疗的先进计划与质量控制系统(称之为A RTS:Advanced/ A ccurate Radiation Therapy System),对其关键科学技术问题进行了研究和发展,包括信息处理与建模、快速高精度剂量计算、逆向计划全局优化与控制、实时自动摆位与定位以及计划验证等问题,为进一步开发满足临床实际应用的精确放疗系统建立了科学技术基础,本文给出了A RTS系统的概貌、各主要功能设计思想和关键科学与技术问题研发进展。
On the basis of extensive research and in-depth analysis of the development of international radiotherapy planning system and its key science and technology issues, an advanced plan and quality control for accurate radiotherapy based on modern computer technology and nuclear physics numerical simulation methods System, known as the A RTS: Advanced / Acurate Radiation Therapy System, has conducted research and development on its key scientific and technological issues including information processing and modeling, fast and accurate dose calculation, reverse plan global optimization and control, real-time Automatic positioning and positioning as well as program verification and other issues, in order to further develop to meet the clinical practice of accurate radiotherapy system to establish a science and technology foundation, this article gives the A RTS system overview, the main function of the design and key scientific and technological research and development progress.
