1996年,瑞士ABB公司与芬兰克瓦纳公司组成联合体,与广西壮族自治区交通厅签订了为贵港电厂提供4台单机容量为30 MW的灯泡贯流机组.目前,已有3台机投入商业运行,四号机亦将于1999年国庆50周年庆典前发电,作为广西壮族自治区的国庆献礼项目.贵港发电机主要参数列于附表,发电机组内部结构见图1.
