为探究煤矿组织安全行为的组成结构,对北京某煤矿的员工进行问卷调查。用层次聚类分析法,对调查问卷中的观测项进行聚类分析,得出组织安全行为结构包含的8个影响因素,即安全法规遵守、安全事故管理、安全文化建设、安全教育培训、安全监督检查、安全责任落实、应急救援管理、安全资金投入。在此基础上,建立组织安全行为结构方程模型(SEM)。用统计分析方法(AMOS17.0)对其进行验证。结果显示:8个影响因素与组织安全行为都有较强的相关性,同时安全资金投入与安全文化建设、安全教育培训、安全监督检查、应急救援管理均有一定的关联。
In order to explore the composition and structure of coal mine safety behavior, a questionnaire survey was conducted among employees in a coal mine in Beijing. Using cluster analysis method, we cluster the observation items in the questionnaire and find out the eight influencing factors in the structure of organizational safety behavior, namely safety compliance, safety accident management, safety culture construction, safety education and training, safety Supervision and inspection, the implementation of safety responsibilities, emergency rescue management, safety capital investment. On this basis, the organizational safety behavior equation model (SEM) is established. It was validated by statistical analysis (AMOS17.0). The results show that there are strong correlations between the eight influential factors and organizational safety behaviors. At the same time, there are certain correlations between safety capital investment and construction of safety culture, safety education and training, safety supervision and inspection, and emergency rescue management.
