综述了非制冷热成像技术的最新发展和研究趋势及其应用前景。热释电焦平面阵列和微测热辐射计焦平面阵列已成为两种主流非制冷红外探测器。前者的年增长率为11.4%,后者的年增长率为32.4%。非制冷热成像技术在作用距离上优于微光成像、在体积和成本上优于制冷红外成像技术,使之成为中距离探测的主力军,并有可能在不远的将来在许多应用方面代替制冷热成像技术。
The latest development, research trends and application prospects of uncooled thermal imaging are reviewed. Pyroelectric focal plane arrays and micro-bolometer focal plane arrays have become two mainstream uncooled infrared detectors. The former’s annual growth rate is 11.4%, while the latter’s annual growth rate is 32.4%. Uncooled thermal imaging is superior to microlight imaging over distance and is superior to CIFIR in volume and cost, making it a major force in mid-range detection and potentially replacing many applications in the near future Cooling thermography.
