行政补偿是当代法治国家规制国家行政权力、保障公民权利的一项重要的法律制度,也是建设法治国家的内在要求,同时还是政府的应有责任。可是我国目前还没有制定出一部统一的行政补偿法。因此查找我国现行行政补偿制度的不足,进而完善我国的行政补偿制度有重要的意义。 Administrative compensation is an important legal system for the rule of state administrative power and the protection of citizen’s rights in the contemporary country governed by law. It is also an inherent requirement of building a country ruled by law and is also the responsibility of the government. However, at present, China has not formulated a unified administrative compensation law. Therefore, it is of great significance to find out the shortcomings of the current administrative compensation system in our country and further improve the administrative compensation system in our country.
