目的:探讨健康孕妇剖宫产术中血糖值、新生儿血糖及孕妇血糖对新生儿血糖的影响。方法:选择2008年1~6月邯郸市妇幼保健院产科健康孕妇240例及其新生儿分为两组:自然分娩组(Ⅰ),硬膜外麻醉剖宫产组(Ⅱ),观察记录两组禁食时间、孕妇新生儿娩出前血糖、新生儿在其出生后30min测定血糖。结果:剖宫产前孕妇低血糖占56.7%,与正常血糖孕妇所产新生儿相比,其新生儿低血糖发生率明显增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:低血糖孕妇所产新生儿低血糖发生率明显增加。
Objective: To investigate the effect of cesarean section blood glucose, neonatal blood glucose and pregnant women’s blood glucose on the blood glucose of healthy infants. Methods: A total of 240 obstetric healthy pregnant women and their newborns from Handan Maternal and Child Health Hospital of China from January to June in 2008 were divided into two groups: spontaneous labor group (Ⅰ), epidural anesthesia cesarean section group (Ⅱ) Group fasting time, pregnant women newborns before delivery of blood glucose, newborns at 30min after birth blood glucose was measured. Results: The pre-cesarean section pregnant women had hypoglycemia accounting for 56.7%. Compared with the normal-born pregnant women, the incidence of neonatal hypoglycemia was significantly increased (P <0.05). Conclusion: The incidence of neonatal hypoglycemia in hypoglycemic pregnant women increased significantly.
