利用相位掩膜技术,用KrF准分子紫外激光束(波长为248nm),在锗掺杂溶胶-凝胶玻璃平面波导中直接写入了Bragg光栅并对光栅的特性进行了测试与表征.
Using the phase mask technique, a KrF excimer laser beam (wavelength of 248 nm) was used to directly write the Bragg grating in the Ge-doped sol-gel glass planar waveguide. The grating properties were tested and characterized.
