目的:考察妇炎安液对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌所致感染小鼠的保护作用。方法:分别采用金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌培养18h增殖后,用无菌9.0mg/mL氯化钠溶液稀释成不同浓度。选用致死率为80%-100%的金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的菌液浓度,腹腔注射感染给药小鼠,观察妇炎安液对被感染小鼠的保护作用。结果:妇炎安液2.8,5.6,11.2g生药/kg剂量组大肠杆菌感染小鼠的死亡率分别为50%,40%,30%;妇炎安液2.8,5.6,11.2g生药/kg剂量组金黄色葡萄球菌感染小鼠的死亡率分别为50%,45%,35%,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(*1P<0.05,*2P<0.01),并且作用呈明显的剂量依赖性。结论:妇炎安液对小鼠体内具有较明显的抗菌作用。
Objective: To investigate the protective effect of Fuyananye on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus-infected mice. Methods: Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli were cultured for 18h, then diluted with sterile 9.0mg / mL sodium chloride solution to different concentrations. Selection of lethality rate of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli 80% -100% concentration of bacterial infection, intraperitoneal injection of mice administered to observe the Fu Yan on the protective effect of infected mice.
