对于智能变电站的设计,一直在寻找解决传统的组网方案中的设计缺点,通过对开关量直跳模式进行直采的模拟。在SV模式下进行直跳的介入,理论上是可以解决直采直跳的同步问题的。但是在电子互感器需要进行智能变电站的指导,并且通过电子互感器的AD方式进行防误措施的采用的时候,需要在AD数据进行CPU使用方案的判别逻辑中进行母线的,保护,以获得SV检修以及GOOSE检修的检修逻辑和判别的方案,在检修位判别的基础上进行直采直跳的状态录波方案以及监视状态的模拟方案。
