在河蟹日粮中添加抗菌肽,探讨抗菌肽对河蟹生长、血清生化指标以及免疫的影响。试验河蟹780只,随机分为对照组和添加0.4%抗菌肽的试验组,连续投喂60 d后,测定河蟹的生长、血清生化指标及组织抗氧化能力。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验组能显著降低血清谷丙转氨酶、球蛋白及肝脏、肌肉、性腺中丙二醛(MDA)浓度,显著提高肝脏、肌肉组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和总抗氧化能力的水平(P<0.05),但对河蟹增重,血液中溶菌酶活性、一氧化氮浓度、谷草转氨酶及碱性磷酸酶,性腺组织中的SOD和总抗氧化力没有显著影响(P>0.05)。因此添加0.4%抗菌肽对提高河蟹免疫与抗氧化能力能起到一定作用。

Therefore, adding 0.4% antimicrobial peptides to improve immune and anti-oxidative crabs can play a role.
