目的回顾性分析健骨冲剂在治疗老年骨质疏松性骨折中的临床应用。方法选取2012年8月至2013年5月期间湖南省老年医院门诊及住院治疗的老年骨质疏松性骨折患者130例,通过纳入及排除标准随机分为两组,分别使用碳酸钙+骨化三醇胶囊+健骨冲剂治疗及碳酸钙+骨化三醇胶囊+阿仑膦酸钠片治疗,观察每例患者治疗前及治疗后2周、1个月、3个月、6个月的VAS评分、骨密度(BMD)、血Ca2+、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)值。结果依据VAS评分标准,两组患者治疗前与治疗后2周比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后2周、1个月、3个月、6个月比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05),且两组间比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后6个月第2~4腰椎BMD与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组间比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗前及治疗后2周、1个月、3个月、6个月血Ca2+比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗前及治疗后1个月ALP比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本研究显示健骨冲剂在对老年人骨质疏松并发的骨折的愈合疗效确切。
Objective To retrospectively analyze the clinical application of Jiangu granules in the treatment of senile osteoporotic fracture. Methods 130 elderly osteoporotic fracture patients from outpatient department and hospitalized in Hunan Geriatric Hospital between August 2012 and May 2013 were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Calcium carbonate + ossification Alcohol capsule + Jiangu granules and calcium carbonate + calcitriol capsules + alendronate sodium tablets treatment, observe each patient before treatment and after treatment for 2 weeks, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months VAS Score, bone mineral density (BMD), blood Ca2 +, alkaline phosphatase (ALP) value. Results According to the VAS score, there were significant differences between the two groups before treatment and two weeks after treatment (P <0.05), and there was no statistical difference between two groups at 1 week, 3 months and 6 months after treatment (P> 0.05), and there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). The BMD of 2 ~ 4 lumbar spine of the two groups at 6 months after treatment was significantly different from that before treatment (P <0.05) ), There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in blood Ca2 + between the two groups before treatment, 2 weeks, 1 month, 3 months and 6 months after treatment > 0.05). There was significant difference in ALP between two groups before treatment and one month after treatment (P <0.05), and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions This study shows that Jiangu granules can cure the fractures complicated by osteoporosis in the elderly.
