1984～1990年我们收治流行性出血热(EHF)209例,其中发现眼底变化者16例。现就眼底变化特征与临床的关系讨论如下: 临床资料 一、一般资料 本组男10例、女6例;年龄最小14岁、最大59岁,平均34岁;其中31岁以下10例;6例女性中,含中孕(相当孕5个月)2例,均排除妊高症。本组按EHF临床分型:重型3例,中型9例,轻型4例。全部病例均具不同程度的出血倾向。
From 1984 to 1990, we treated 209 cases of epidemic hemorrhagic fever (EHF), including 16 cases of fundus changes.
