本试验是在武钢1700mm五机架冷连轧机、双机架二次冷轧兼平整机和廿辊森古米尔轧机及罩式退火炉和拉伸热平整等设备上进行的。通过工业性试验及批量生产,研究了化学成分、冷轧工作辊直径、二次冷轧压下率、中间退火方式、最终退火、热拉伸、平整等因素对二次冷轧镀锡板强度的影响。本文通过观察不同二次冷轧压下率及不同退火方式处理的试样的精细结构,阐述了其强化机制。
This test is carried out on WISCO 1700mm five-stand tandem cold rolling mill, two-stand secondary cold-rolling and leveler, twenty-roll SSR mill and bell annealer and tensile heat leveling.
