作为国际法的一个新的特殊部门,国际知识产权法在近几十年不断丰富和发展。国际知识产权法的研究内容和方法也随着科学技术、国际政治、经济和社会文化的变化不断更新和发展。国际知识产权法体系日益博大复杂,文献资料更是浩繁庞杂。本文以国际知识产权法研究为对象,系统介绍了利用电子数据库检索和查阅国际知识产权法论著、利用国内外相关数据库和网络资源查阅一次文献,以及网站等其他网络资源的利用,以期对国际知识产权法的教学科研人员高效利用电子资源有所助益①。 As a new special section of international law, international intellectual property law has been continuously enriched and developed in recent decades. The research content and methods of international intellectual property law are constantly updated and developed with the changes of science and technology, international politics, economy and social culture. The system of international intellectual property law is increasingly vast and complicated, and the literature and materials are vast and numerous.
