1983年1月至1986年12月我院收治慢性肺原性心脏病急性发作期伴多器官功能损害44例。按1977年制定的肺心病标准及伊氏报道的多器官功能损害诊断标准。 (一)临床资料该时期共收治慢性肺原心脏病急性发作期94例,其中伴有多系统器官功能损害或衰竭44例,占46.8％。本组男30例,女14例,年龄29～91岁,平均65.5岁。44例中均有急性肺部感染;伴有肺性脑病36例,占81.8％, January 1983 to December 1986 in our hospital admitted to the acute episode of chronic pulmonary heart disease with multiple organ dysfunction in 44 cases.
