为了研究小剂量米非司酮对灵长类子宫内膜及月经周期的影响,作者对10只恒河猴分为两组,每组5只,分别给予小剂量米非司酮(0.03mg/kg·d)及同剂量的安慰剂,给药方法每天给药,由月经第2d至孕激素水平上升后第7d,实验结束后取猴子的子宫,一半进行组织学及免疫组化的分析,另一半液氮速冻后细胞崩解,分离其逆转录酶,通过酶联免疫进行半定量,通过其与宿主基因产物的比值测定其雌、孕激素受体的充分性的变化,统计学方法采用线性回归分析、t检验、Mann-Whitneg检验,P≤0.05具有统计学差异。
