目前我国水利战线钢闸门防腐措施广范采用除锈喷锌保护法。效果甚佳现有保护十五年未见锈蚀的钢闸门,其喷锌系采用乙炔——氧气焰气喷涂(以下简称气喷)。我局于79～80年试验 SCDP——3型直流电弧喷涂枪喷锌(以简称电喷),并于81～82年用于生产,完成约2000米~2的钢闸门保护。现就电喷锌的工艺过程、质量捡查、和我们的工作情况做一介绍。(其除锈法不做叙述)。
