用高粱体细胞梯度筛选法筛选了在 3 %NaCl培养基中能存活的体细胞系 ,并获得了再生植株。利用芽期和苗期抗盐鉴定和产比结果表明 ,高粱体细胞抗盐新品系T0 1 1 具有较强的抗盐能力和高配合力。 Somatic cell lines that survived in 3% NaCl medium were screened by sorghum somatic cell gradient screening and regenerated plants were obtained. The salt tolerance and yield ratio at bud and seedling stage indicated that T0 1 1, a new salt-tolerant somatic cell line derived from sorghum, had strong salt tolerance and high combining ability.
