云南地方水稻品种对灰飞虱的抗性筛选

采用改进水稻苗期集团筛选法和分析灰飞虱若虫发育历期、羽化率、成虫头壳宽度、成虫体长及水稻分蘖期灰飞虱取食量等指标对11个云南地方水稻品种进行了抗虫性鉴定。结果表明,品种小谷的苗期抗虫性大于抗虫对照品种RHT,其抗虫级别为2.5,小于RHT(3.7),其分蘖期灰飞虱单雌取食蜜露斑面积13.66 mm2/d,若虫发育期19.08d,羽化率29.18%,成虫头壳宽0.419 mm,体长2.089 mm,均与抗虫对照RHT相近,初步确定为抗虫品种。灰飞虱在品种车甲谷、爱整谷、宜良谷上的发育历期、羽化率及成虫体长、头壳宽度等生物学指标均与感虫对照武育粳3号存在显著差异(p<0.05),表现其抗虫性较高,初步确定为中抗品种。品种车星谷、月亮谷、慢车红略糯谷、白皮糯谷、紫米糯谷的苗期抗虫级别及其他生物学测定指标均与抗虫对照RHT存在显著差异(p<0.05),但比武育粳3号的抗性水平高1个级别,初步确定为感虫品种,其余为中抗品种。 Eleven rice cultivars in Yunnan province were studied by improving the screening method of rice seedlings and analyzing the developmental duration, emergence rate, head shell width, adult body length of adult larvae and the feeding amount of the Laodelphax striatellus in tillering stage Insect resistance identification. The biological characteristics of Laodelphax striatellus, such as the developmental duration, emergence rate, adult body length and head-shell width of Laodegna, Aini Valley and Yiliang Valley were significantly different from those of Wuyujing 3 <0.05), indicating that its resistance to insects is higher, initially identified as medium resistant varieties. The insect resistance levels and other biological indicators of Chevalier Valley, Moon Valley, Slower Red Glutinous Valley, White Pinyou Valley and Purple Glutinous Valley had significant differences (p <0.05) from that of the insect control RHT The resistance level of Beiyujing 3 was one level higher, initially identified as susceptible varieties and the rest being medium resistant varieties.
