针对目前国网计量中心自动化流水线系统在运行维护过程的集中在线监控水平,设计了一套利用PLC电气信号进行二次组合策略分析的系统。系统充分利用现有传感器信号和控制信号,通过OPC技术将获取的多个自动化检定流水线信号数据判断分析并形成状态数据。系统基于PLC信号控制原理,依靠配置在服务端策略进行多信号二次逻辑组合,通过内建触发器定时和实时判断和输出设备状态信息。系统深度挖掘了当前自动化系统的状态监控和预警维度,有效提升了监控细度。通过集中状态判断减少了在运维过程中对突发故障的影响时间,增加了整体的时间利用率。
Aiming at the centralized on-line monitoring level of the automatic assembly line system of the national network metering center in the operation and maintenance process, a system of secondary combination strategy analysis using PLC electrical signals is designed. The system makes full use of the existing sensor signals and control signals, through the OPC technology to obtain a plurality of automated verification pipeline signal data to determine and analyze the formation of state data. System based on PLC signal control theory, relying on the strategy configured in the server for multiple signal secondary logic combination, through the built-in trigger timing and real-time judgment and output device status information. The system depth excavated the status of the current automation system monitoring and early warning dimension, effectively enhance the monitoring of fineness. Judging by the centralized state reduces the impact on the sudden failure during operation and maintenance, and increases the overall time utilization rate.
