目的建立糖尿病大鼠动物模型,观察使用二甲双胍和辛伐他汀糖尿病大鼠血糖、血脂变化为临床糖尿病患者正畸牙移动治疗提供理论依据。方法采用空腹一次性注射STZ溶液(40mg/kg),注射STZ3d后,大鼠空腹血糖高于16.7mmol,尿糖(),视为糖尿病大鼠模型建立成功。建模后,分正常组,模型组,二甲双胍组,二甲双胍和辛伐他汀组,空腹检测血糖、血脂。结果二甲双胍组与二甲双胍联合辛伐他汀组都能显著降低糖尿病大鼠的血糖,但联合用药组效果优于单独使用二甲双胍组,TG、TC、LDL联合用药组低于二甲双胍组,低于模型组(P<0.05);HDL联合用药组高于二甲双胍组,高于模型组(P<0.05)。结论二甲双胍联合辛伐他汀用药降血糖、血脂优于单独使用二甲双胍组。
Objective To establish an animal model of diabetic rats and observe the changes of blood glucose and serum lipids in patients with diabetic mellitus and simvastatin to provide theoretical basis for the treatment of orthodontic tooth movement in clinical diabetic patients. Methods Fasting fasting STZ solution (40mg / kg) was given. After the injection of STZ3d, the fasting blood glucose in rats was higher than 16.7mmol and urine sugar (), which was regarded as a successful model of diabetic rats. After modeling, normal group, model group, metformin group, metformin and simvastatin group, fasting blood glucose, blood lipids. Results Both metformin and metformin combined with simvastatin could significantly reduce the blood glucose in diabetic rats, but the combination group was superior to metformin alone, the combination of TG, TC and LDL was lower than that of metformin group, lower than the model group P <0.05). The HDL combination group was higher than the metformin group, higher than the model group (P <0.05). Conclusion Metformin combined with simvastatin can lower blood glucose and blood lipid than metformin alone.
