一、特征特性“碧螺春”苦瓜极早熟,种子黑色,生长势旺盛,主侧蔓均可结瓜,挂果密集,低温条件下果实膨大快。果实长圆筒形,果皮浅绿白色,果实长20～30厘米,横径8～12厘米,果肉厚1厘米以上,肉质脆嫩,苦味淡。单果重0.4～0.7公斤,一般667平方米(1亩)产量3500～5000公斤。
