通过对国内外高铁客票销售策略和航空客票销售模式的分析,可以为我国高铁客票销售组织提供如下借鉴:(1)售票模式的社会化;(2)售票系统功能的多元化;(3)客票信息服务日趋完善;(4)大力发展代理作为客票销售的渠道。
Through the analysis of domestic and international high-speed rail ticket sales strategy and air ticket sales model, we can provide the following reference for our high-speed rail ticket sales organization: (1) socialization of ticket sales mode; (2) diversification of ticketing system functions; (3) Information services are maturing; (4) vigorously develop the agent as a ticket sales channels.
