健美操作为一项参与度高,表演性强,观赏性丰富的运动,已被许多高校列为体育课程项目,在塑造学生体形的同时还能够有效缓解其学习压力。然而由于其本身训练项目较为枯燥,训练强度也很高,导致不少学生在学习一段时间后就缺乏兴趣,不愿意继续学习。以此为背景,现在许多高校的体育课程研究热点都在于将瑜伽健身术融入到健美操教学中,希望能通过两者的结合达到健美操教学目的。本文则通过进行对比实验分析的方式对该种思路的可行性进行了研究。
Aerobics as a high participation, performance and appreciation of the rich sport, many colleges and universities have been classified as physical education programs, in shaping the shape of the students can also effectively alleviate their learning pressure. However, because of its relatively dry training programs, training intensity is also high, resulting in many students after a period of lack of interest in learning, do not want to continue learning. With this as the background, many hot topics in PE curriculums of colleges and universities nowadays lie in integrating yoga fitness into aerobics teaching, hoping to achieve aerobics teaching purpose through the combination of the two. In this paper, through the comparative experimental analysis of the feasibility of this idea were studied.
