自制车胎自补剂成本低、效果好、不老化,适用于自行车、摩托车、三轮车等内胎的自补。 1.原料配方 聚乙烯醇(应选用聚合度1700、醇解度80％的白色粉末)8％,自来水80％,废胶胎粉末10％,防腐剂2％。 2.原料处理 ①将聚乙烯醇加入水中,加热至85～90℃后,保温溶解成胶液。②将废胶胎粉碾成60目细末,放入乙醇浸泡24小时备用。
