基于空气源热泵热水机组长时间低温运行会出现压缩比过高的问题,研究了复叠式空气源热泵在不同环境温度下制取高温热水的可行性、运行特性及节能性。实验结果表明,随着室外环境温度的升高,系统制取高温热水的能效系数升高,高温级压缩机的吸排气温度略有升高,低温级压缩机的排气温度呈现升高趋势,高温级压缩机的吸排气压力基本保持不变;随着出水温度的升高,系统的耗功率增大,COP降低。
Based on the long time low temperature operation of air source heat pump water heater unit, the compression ratio is too high. The feasibility, operation characteristics and energy saving of cascade air source heat pump are studied in different ambient temperatures. The experimental results show that with the increase of outdoor ambient temperature, the energy efficiency coefficient of high temperature hot water system increases, the temperature of intake and exhaust of high temperature compressor increases slightly, and the temperature of exhaust gas of low temperature compressor increases Trend, high temperature compressor suction and exhaust pressure remained unchanged; with the water temperature increases, the system power consumption increases, COP decreases.
