目的探讨街头献血者谷丙转氨酶(glutamic-pyruvic transaminase,GPT)初筛最佳临界值。方法街头无偿献血者12 561例依据采血车编号分为8组,其中6组为实验组,2组为对照组。先应用干化学试纸条法初筛献血者血GPT水平,对初筛GPT>25u/L者采用速率法进行复检,建立GPT初筛和复检的线性回归方程,确定GPT最佳初筛临界值,并计算GPT初筛不合格率,复检血液淘汰率。结果本研究建立直线回归方程Y=0.9911 X-2.9547,相关系数r=0.9389,计算实验组GPT初筛最佳临界值为43u/L;以初筛GPT>43u/L为不合格标准,实验组初筛不合格率为14.48%,GPT复检血液不合格率为1.07%。结论街头献血者应确定GPT初筛最佳临界值,以避免复检血液不合格。
Objective To investigate the optimal cut-off value of glutamic-pyruvic transaminase (GPT) for street blood donors. Methods 12 561 unpaid blood donors on the street were divided into 8 groups according to the number of blood collection vehicles, of which 6 groups were experimental groups and 2 groups were control groups. The blood GPT level of blood donors was firstly screened by the dry chemical test strip method, and the rate was used for the re-examination of GPT>25u/L for primary screening. A linear regression equation for initial screening and retesting of GPT was established to determine the best initial screening of GPT. The critical value, and calculate the GPT primary screening failure rate, retest blood elimination rate. Results The linear regression equation Y=0.9911 X-2.9547 was established in this study. The correlation coefficient was r=0.9389. The best critical value for the preliminary screening of GPT was 43u/L in the experimental group, and the unqualified standard was GPT>43u/L for the initial screening. The rate of disqualification at the initial screening was 14.48%, and the unqualified rate of GPT retest was 1.07%. Conclusion Street blood donors should determine the optimal cut-off value for GPT screening to avoid retesting blood failure.
