目的 :筛选和分离微生物产生的免疫抑制活性物质。方法 :应用酵母系统筛选具有免疫抑制活性的阳性菌株 ,通过发酵、溶媒萃取、硅胶柱分离和纯化获得活性化合物的单体 ;测定理化性质和MS ,IR ,UV ,NMR等图谱 ,确定化合物的化学结构。结果 :从 80 0菌株中分离出 2个异黄酮化合物 ,确定其结构。结论 :微生物可以合成异黄酮化合物。
OBJECTIVE: To screen and isolate immunosuppressive active substances produced by microorganisms. Methods: Yeast system was used to screen positive strains with immunosuppressive activity. The compounds were isolated by fermentation, solvent extraction, silica gel column separation and purification. The physicochemical properties and MS, IR, UV and NMR spectra were determined to determine the chemical properties of the compounds structure. Results: Two isoflavone compounds were isolated from 80 0 strains and their structures were determined. Conclusion: Microorganisms can synthesize isoflavone compounds.
