为了解决空间曲面壳体的整体成形难题,针对空间曲面壳体零件的几何形状特点,采用三维刚塑性有限元分析软件Deform-3D软件,对空间曲面壳体的成形过程进行了数值模拟,分析了不同板料结构形式对成形过程的影响,获得了成形过程中等效应力极限-时间曲线图、凸模载荷-行程曲线图以及变形过程中的金属流动规律。结果表明:使用带椭圆孔的板料,能够获得满足要求的工件,优化了工艺参数,为空间曲面壳体零件的生产提供了参考依据。
In order to solve the problem of the overall forming of the space curved surface shell, a 3D rigid-plastic finite element analysis software named Deform-3D was used to simulate the forming process of the space curved surface shell according to the geometric characteristics of the space curved surface. The effects of different sheet metal structures on the forming process were studied. The equivalent stress limit-time curve, punch load-stroke curve and the metal flow during deformation were obtained. The results show that the use of plates with oval holes can obtain the required workpieces, optimize the process parameters and provide a reference for the production of space curved shell parts.
