近年来,热电探测器及材料在国内外仍得到较大重视,并取得一定进展。估计这类材料和器件在今后一段时间内将继续得到发展。作出这一估计的主要依据是: (1)地面和卫星红外天文研究需要性能更好的器件; (2)地球卫星和宇宙飞船的辐射计需要性能优良的不致冷探测器; (3)室温成像需要性能优良的大面积器件和阵列; (4)激光监测需要高损伤阈值、高响应速度的器件和阵列; (5)测温、控温、入侵告警、火警、自动控制、工业仪表及玩具等需要廉价和可靠的器件,并要求某些器件交付生产。
In recent years, thermoelectric detectors and materials have received more attention at home and abroad and some progress has been made. It is estimated that such materials and devices will continue to develop in the coming period.
