目的:研究络石藤中的黄酮类化学成分。方法:采用柱色谱等方法进行分离,NMR等波谱学方法进行结构鉴定。结果:分离鉴定了6个黄酮类化合物:芹菜素(Ⅰ)、芹菜素7-O-β-葡萄糖苷(Ⅱ)、芹菜素7-O-β-新橙皮糖苷(Ⅲ)、木犀草苷(Ⅳ)、柚皮苷(Ⅴ)、芹菜素6,8-二-C-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅵ)。结论:其中化合物Ⅴ、Ⅵ为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the flavonoids in Trachelosperma serria. Methods: Column chromatography and other methods of separation, NMR and other spectroscopic methods for structural identification. RESULTS: Six flavonoids were isolated and identified: apigenin (Ⅰ), apigenin 7-O-β-glucoside (Ⅱ), apigenin 7-O-β-neohesperidine (Ⅲ) (Ⅳ), naringin (Ⅴ) and apigenin 6,8-di-C-β-D-glucoside (Ⅵ). Conclusion: The compounds Ⅴ, Ⅵ were isolated from this plant for the first time.
