巴布亚新几内亚是中资企业投资额大投资企业数量多的大洋洲国家,在外交上也是有着相当重要的地位。本文从海外中资企业跨国经营出现的劳资关系问题出发,分析巴新劳工法律法规的基本特点,详细展现巴新劳工法律法规的主要内容,最后从应用的角度,给在巴新经营的中资企业提出了一些改善管理的建议。本文的创新之处在于从分析当地的劳工法律入手,提出改善管理的技巧与方法,为中资企业更好的在海外处理劳资问题提供参考。
Papua New Guinea is a large country with a large investment in Chinese enterprises and a very important diplomatic position. Based on the problem of labor-capital relations in the cross-border operation of overseas Chinese-funded enterprises, this article analyzes the basic characteristics of the labor laws and regulations of PNG, and details the main contents of the labor laws and regulations of PNG. Finally, from the application point of view, The company made some suggestions to improve management. The innovation of this paper is to start with the analysis of local labor laws and put forward the skills and methods of improving management so as to provide a reference for Chinese-funded enterprises to better deal with labor issues overseas.
