【目的】分析宿迁市新生儿疾病筛查中先天性甲状腺功能减退症(congenital hypothyroidism,CH)和苯丙酮尿症(phenylketonuria,PKU)的筛查状况。【方法】应用时间分辨荧光免疫分析法检测新生儿足跟血滤纸干血斑中促甲状腺素和苯丙氨酸含量。对宿迁市三县四区共160家接产机构出生的253 422例新生儿CH和PKU的筛查结果进行分析。【结果】全市新生儿疾病筛查率呈逐年上升趋势。筛查出新生儿CH104例,发病率为1/2 060,PKU34例,发病率为1/6 301。【结论】开展好新生儿疾病筛查工作可以尽早发现CH和PKU并给予早期治疗,有利于提高人口素质,减少残疾儿的发生。
【Objective】 To analyze the screening of congenital hypothyroidism (CH) and phenylketonuria (PKU) in neonatal screening in Suqian. 【Method】 The contents of thyroxine and phenylalanine in dried blood spots of neonatal heel filter were detected by time-resolved fluorescence immunoassay. The screening results of 253 422 neonates with CH and PKU born in 160 indirect birth institutions in three counties and four districts in Suqian City were analyzed. 【Results】 The screening rate of newborns in the city showed an upward trend year by year. Screening of neonatal CH104 cases, the incidence was 1/2 060, PKU34 cases, the incidence was 1/6 301. 【Conclusion】 The screening of neonatal diseases can detect CH and PKU as early as possible and give early treatment, which is good for improving population quality and reducing the incidence of disabled children.
