应用X射线衍射谱和激光喇曼散射光谱分析了PSZ陶瓷精密磨削表面的相变分布特征.结果表明磨削变质层的磨削相变是不均匀的.磨痕内的相变量大于磨痕处的相变量;磨削表面的相变量大于次表面的相变量;相变层深分布与材料有关,相变层深度远大于所采用的磨削深度.
The phase transition distribution of PSZ ceramic precision grinding surface was analyzed by X-ray diffraction and laser Raman scattering. The results show that the grinding transformation phase is not uniform. The phase change in the wear scar is greater than the phase change at the wear scar. The phase change of the grinding surface is greater than the phase change of the sub-surface. The deep distribution of the phase change layer is related to the material, and the depth of the phase change layer is much larger than the grinding depth.
