针对四盘钢丝缠绕机的链传动冲击大、噪声大和容易损坏输入轴密封等现状,通过对链的损坏形式和胶管钢丝层的剖析,对四盘钢丝缠绕机的传动部分进行了改进,由齿轮传动代替,解决了四盘钢丝缠绕机的链传动冲击大、噪声大和容易损坏输入轴密封的问题。
