无论有线环境还是无线时代,个体消费者使用最多的电子商务模式是B2C与C2C,本文针对这两种模式,采用调查问卷方式进行数据分析,数据结果显示在两种不同模式下,个体消费者对产品质量满意度存在差异。
Regardless of the wired environment or the wireless era, B2C and C2C are the most widely used e-business models for individual consumers.
