静压桩沉桩过程挤土效应一直困扰工程人员,如何加快沉桩引起的超静孔隙水压力消散是目前的研究热点。透水管桩通过沿桩身增设透水孔,联通土体释放超静孔隙水压力,可加速沉桩过程桩周土固结。透水管桩技术将控制沉桩挤土效应及加速超孔压消散的方法耦合至现有技术产品中,起到既实现控制效果,又提升工程效率并节省工程造价的目的,是结合了桩基和排水固结法的优点、极具潜力的一种主动、高效、资源节约导向的桩基施工与地基处理工法。对透水管桩技术在国内外的研究进展进行分析,总结了透水管桩承载性能、透水性能、透水性能优化等方面的研究成果,简要论述了存在的问题及今后的研究方向。

The research results on the bearing capacity, water permeability and permeable performance of pervious pipe pile are summarized. The existing problems and future research directions are briefly discussed.
