钣金件即金属薄板类零件,作为形状特殊且重量较轻的零部件,能够应用在较大零件的制造中。随着现代工艺技术水平的不断提升,对于钣金件结构的要求也就越来越高。本文在钣金工艺优化目标下探讨钣金件的结构设计优化,首先阐述钣金工艺的主要特点,指出当前钣金结构设计中存在的误区,最后提出对应的优化策略,以期为我国钣金工艺水平的提升和钣金件设计生产质量的提升提供一定参考。
Sheet metal parts, that is, sheet metal parts, can be used in the manufacture of larger parts as a special shape and lighter weight parts. With the continuous improvement of modern technology, the requirements for the structure of sheet metal parts will be higher and higher. This paper discusses the design optimization of sheet metal parts under the goal of sheet metal technology optimization. Firstly, the main features of sheet metal technology are described. The existing errors in sheet metal structure design are pointed out. Finally, the corresponding optimization strategies are proposed, The level of improvement and sheet metal design and production quality improvement provide some reference.
