正常人声反射阈在70~90dB,用肌电图和用耳蜗微音电位分别在50 dB HL和30~40 dB HL可引出实验动物的中耳肌收缩。本文报告将信号平均技术用于声反射的研究。用持续时间为400毫秒、上升时间为10毫秒、刺激间隔为600毫秒的短纯音串(频率为500,1000,2000及4000Hz,强度为110~0dBHL,在110~80dBHL间每2dB一档,80~0dB HL间每10dB一档)。由对侧刺激引出声反射。用220 Hz代替660Hz测试纯音,以便将纯音与刺激音分开,避免假性反射伪迹。共测试鼓室功能曲线为A型的30例(50耳)。其中10例(20耳)属正常者;10例(20耳)为有重振的双侧感音神经性聋者(听阈在35~90dBHL之间);10例单侧耳硬化症患者作了成功的镫骨切除术,于术后3个月进行测试(听阈在5~30dBHL)。
