随着我国社会经济与生产的不断发展,市场竞争越来越激烈,其中电力对市场经济发展极其重要,而面对迅速发展变化的市场竞争,电力企业应坚持推进营销管理的精细化管理,准确定位企业营销,做到与时俱进,进一步发展电力企业,但是由于我国电力营销管理还处于初步阶段,常常受传统管理模式与理念的束缚,很多电力企业在进行电力营销管理中还存在着一些问题,严重制约了我国电力企业的进一步发展。本文作者简要分析了目前我国电力营销管理中存在的问题,阐述精细化管理在电力营销管理中的重要作用,并通过对精细化管理实践的深入研究,进一步提出优化精细化管理在电力营销中的策略。
