为了研究一种全封闭型防火保温装饰一体化板的基本力学性能,设计了板的粘结强度、抗压强度、抗折强度以及平面外承载力强度试验。结果表明:在满足基本工艺要求的情况下,复合保温板的粘结强度较好;其抗折强度随着保温板厚度增大而增大;在平面外荷载作用下,其破坏形态具有明显脆性。并且通过一个算例表明,其抗压强度和抗折强度能满足全国范围内风压不大于1.0 kN/m2、离地高度20m以下,设防烈度不高于8度(0.30g)的建筑外墙安全性能要求。
In order to study the basic mechanical properties of a fully enclosed fire-retardant thermal insulation decorative integrated board, the adhesion strength, compressive strength, flexural strength and out-of-plane bearing strength were designed. The results show that the bond strength of the composite thermal insulation board is good under the condition of meeting the basic technological requirements; its flexural strength increases with the thickness of the thermal insulation board; under the condition of the out-of-plane load, the fracture morphology has obvious brittleness . And an example shows that the compressive strength and flexural strength can meet the requirements of wind pressure not exceeding 1.0 kN / m2, ground clearance of 20 m or less and fortification intensity of not more than 8 degrees (0.30 g) nationwide Safety performance requirements.
