当前,国际贸易的趋势之一是大量使用标准合同。随着国际贸易的日益开展,作为规范贸易当事人的国际贸易合同正在向着标准化、格式化的趋势发展,其对我们固有的观念产生了巨大的冲击。本文以国际标准合同为分析基础,客观地评价国际标准合同,并且提出对保护经济上处于弱势的发展中国家的几点建议。
At present, one of the trends in international trade is the extensive use of standard contracts. With the continuous development of international trade, the international trade contracts that regulate the parties to trade are moving towards the trend toward standardization and formatting, which has had a huge impact on our inherent concepts. Based on the analysis of international standard contracts, this paper objectively evaluates international standard contracts and puts forward some suggestions on how to protect the economically disadvantaged developing countries.
