根据菲涅耳公式,通过计算超广角萨尼亚克干涉仪各面的反射、透射系数,得出干涉仪的透射率、出射立体角,最后推导出光通量的具体表达式。代入改型萨尼亚克干涉仪两臂玻璃ZBaF17和QF14尺寸和折射率等参量,得出超广角萨尼亚克干涉仪的出射光强是入射光强的0.4397倍,立体角为1.7316×10-4sr,AΩ=0.4×10-4cm2.sr。
