粮食的收购以及质量衡量的标准就是破损率,破损率决定粮食的买卖过程中价格的高低,破损的粮食也会给存储带来不便。由于粮食在运输过程中受力以及所受重力加速度的影响都会给粮食带来或多或少的破损,造成粮食的损失。因此在散粮筒仓内部设置降碎装置来减少粮食的破损率,从而高效存储粮食,提高散粮筒仓的存储性能。本文阐述采用降碎装置对粮食存储的必然性,又对降碎装置的不同设计方案进行应用分析比较,重点对扶壁折返溜槽降碎装置进行深入计分析并对其进行优化,从而更进一步降低粮食的破损率。
