旅游资源具有稀缺性。目前,我国的旅游资源保护工作处于滞后状态。这主要是由于当地追求经济利益的冲动、游客“贵族式”的旅游观念、多头管理体制的弊端和法律的缺失与执法司法的不到位等原因造成的。为了解决这些旅游资源保护中的乱象,我们必须在转变游客旅游观念、提高公众环保意识和参与意识、顺畅体制和提高法律实际作用等方面做出努力。 Tourism resources are scarcity. At present, the protection of tourism resources in our country lags behind. This is mainly due to the impulse of local pursuit of economic interests, the tourist concept of “aristocratic” tourists, the malpractices of the long management system and the absence of law and the lack of proper administration of justice. In order to solve these chaos in the protection of tourism resources, we must make efforts to change the concept of tourists’ tourism, raise public awareness of environmental protection and awareness of participation, smooth the system and improve the actual role of law.
