军队转业干部的安置方式是安排工作与落实待遇的组合形式。2001年以来就业安置的相对拥挤性、待遇安置的均衡性和安置方式的变动性是寓于安置实践中的安置方式的内在规定性。新时期安置方式的发展趋势是就业安置市场化配置、待遇落实行政化配置,以落实待遇为主、安排工作岗位为辅。
The resettlement mode of the demobilized military cadres is a combination of arrangements for work and implementation of benefits. Since 2001, the relative crowding of job placement, the balance of treatment placement and the change of the resettlement mode are inherent stipulations of the resettlement mode which are settled in the resettlement practice. The development trend of the resettlement mode in the new era is the market-oriented allocation of employment and placement and the implementation of the administration and treatment in the treatment of disposition, with the implementation of treatment as the basis and the replacement of work posts.
