This article reported the effect of total ketozoleine injection on respiration, blood pressure, electrocardiogram and electroencephalogram in anesthetized rats. The results showed that the total concentration of konjac total base 0.9mg/kg on rats’ respiration, blood pressure, ECG and EEG. Item indicators have no significant effect. The 1.8mg/kg group had no significant effect on respiration and EEG, but the blood pressure decreased and the heart rate slowed down (P<0.05) after 20-40min. The blood pressure and heart rate gradually returned to normal after 60 minutes. The 3.6 mg/kg group had significant effects on respiration, blood pressure, ECG, and brain electricity (P<0.01). It shows that with the increase of dose, the above four indicators of the inhibition process is positive variable-response relationship, suggesting that the clinical use of the drug should be strictly controlled dose.
